By contracting any of the services offered by Tu Rolita, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. The songs we deliver are created through a combination of inputs provided by the customer, creative input from our team, and digital tools powered by artificial intelligence. The user acknowledges that the final results are subject to the technical capabilities and limitations of said tool, and also accepts the general terms of use of the technology provider, available here: https:\/\/www.suno.ai\/terms. Tu Rolita reserves the right to change tools without prior notice, without this implying a substantial modification in the quality or nature of the contracted service.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Personal use and commercial restrictions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The delivered products (songs, lyric videos, karaoke tracks, or personalized videos) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Their use for profit is strictly prohibited, including, but not limited to:
\u2013 Advertising, promotions, or marketing of products or services
\u2013 Movies, television, series, podcasts, or commercial audiovisual works
\u2013 Monetized platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, etc.
\u2013 Events for commercial purposes or financial gain<\/p>

If you want a commercial license, you must expressly request it in writing. At this time, Tu Rolita does not offer this type of license on a general basis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4.1 Regarding material provided by the user (inputs): By sending texts, personal data, musical references, photos, or videos, the customer declares that they have all the necessary rights for their use and reproduction.<\/p>

It is prohibited to send material that infringes on the rights of third parties or that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate.<\/p>

4.2 Regarding the products generated (outputs):<\/p>

The customer may freely share the song or digital products within their personal environment and social networks, provided that this is done on a non-profit basis.<\/p>

Tu Rolita reserves the right to keep a copy of the content submitted and to use it for promotional, illustrative, or portfolio purposes, unless confidentiality is expressly requested.<\/p>

All intellectual property rights in the tools used remain with their respective developers or licensees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The prices shown in the store do not include the payment processor (PayPal) commission, which amounts to 3.95% of the total. This commission will be automatically added at the time of payment. Payments must be made in advance to begin production of any song. We do not do partial work or deliver without full payment. In the case of Premium Songs, customers can view our video call availability calendar before making their purchase and choose a date that suits them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Express Song:
\u2013 Delivery within 2 business days after receiving the completed questionnaire.
\u2013 No changes or revisions are permitted.
\u2013 You can add extra products such as lyric videos or karaoke versions.
Premiun Song:
\u2013 Includes a video call with our creative team.
\u2013 Up to two changes to the lyrics are permitted before recording.
\u2013 Once the lyrics have been approved, two different versions interpreted with the same lyrics are delivered.
\u2013 It is not possible to mix voices, melodies, or elements from both versions.
Our team will select the two best interpretations for you, generated exclusively based on your story and preferences.
Delivery will be made within 2 business days of final approval of the letter.
Additional products (Add-ons):
– Lyric Video: $150 MXN
\u2013 Vertical or horizontal format.
\u2013 Both formats for $200 MXN.
\u2013 Karaoke version (instrumental): $150 MXN
